The entire sign was made with birch plywood. The base rectangle was cut using a panel saw, the three layers of the “Lego” letters cut on the CNC router, the 1-inch by 1-inch squares cut using a miter saw, and the 1/8 inch circles cut using a laser cutter. Everything was assembled with wood glue, and color was added using watered-down acrylic paint.
